Reserve a time slot

Reserve a 'Click & Collect' slot (day, date, time) before you start to fill your basket. For more details please visit the Click and Collect page

How to order

Did you reserve a time slot? You don't have to but it will ensure that your preferred option is available before you set off shopping.
Browse the website and when you see items that you would like to buy, click on 'Add to basket' Once you have all you need, check your basket and then click on 'Checkout' Complete your details and pay.

How can I save my favourite items for next time?

This is where the 'Shopping List' comes into it's own. Whenever you see something that you might fancy again and again, click the heart on the top right corner. This will add it to your very own personal shopping list that you can refer to each time you visit the site

Take your time

There's no rush. Take your time until you get used to how it works. You can always come back to it once you've added goods to your personal Shopping List

On your next visit you will now have a saved list of 'must have' goodies. Just browse to the 'My Shopping List' page (You can find the link in the red bar right at the top of the page) and you're ready to start adding them to your basket!

Is there a minimum order?
  • The minimum order, not including delivery, is currently set at €40
  • Please note that you will be unable to checkout if the value of your order is under €40 (excluding delivery)
How much does delivery cost?
  • Delivery to Pick up Points will now cost just €5!
  • The value of your total shopping must be €40 or more. The delivery charge is then added to the final amount.
  • Please note that you will be unable to checkout if the value of your basket is less than €40

If you think you might take longer than 2 hours, the best bet is to browse the site and add products to your 'Shopping List'

There's no rush. Take your time until you get used to how it works. You can always come back to it, once you've added goods to your personal Shopping List

Then, once you have finished adding all of your favourite goodies to your 'Shopping List' simply go through the list and click 'Add to cart' and then you'll be ready to check out in a couple of minutes

Is it safe to use my bank card on this site?

Your card details are not received or stored by Manges-Tu. We use a third party payment provider so that your data is as safe as it can be, allowing you to shop with confidence.

What personal information do you store on the site?

Cookies are used to store your details in the 'My Account' area of the site. We store your name, email address, and phone number. This allows you to have a seamless and convenient interaction with the site. It also allows us to identify who has placed an order, and make the delivery, or prepare your Click & Collect order

Newsletter

All customers who sign up to the site are added to our Newsletter mailing list. We use this to advise you when delivery slots are available, and for any promotions or special offers, such as Christmas.

You can easily 'unsubscribe' from the Newsletter at any time, either by using the 'Unsubscribe' link on the email that is sent, or by contacting us directly.
